How much is Registration?See the registration page. Please note there is a $5 increase in registration on race day.

When Does Registration close?Online registration closes on May 31st, 2019 at 6pm. Mail in registration must be sent in by May 25th. You can register the day of the event ( Saturday, June 1st) from 8am to 9:45am

Do I Get a T-Shirt?100% of proceeds are donated to Down East Hospice Volunteers. Thanks to donations by sponsors we are able to guarantee the first 50 registered a t-shirt. Register early to guarentee your t-shirt!

Are Walkers welcome?YES! Walkers are welcome with open arms! We ask that you start near the back of the pack behind runners. Please do not walk 2 abreast and/or block other participants. Remember the road is open to traffic, although only light traffic will be on course.

Describe the 5k, 10k, and fun run."5k is 3.1 miles and 10k = 6.2 miles These common races distances, are measured precisely by the standards of USA Track and Field. Runners can find more information on the Event Information page. Kid 10 and younger may participate in the FREE fun run. This fun event for kids encourages them to lead an active lifestyle. Parents are welcome to participate with their kid. All kids get an award.

Who gets awards, and what if I can't stay for awards?"We award runners and walkers in both the 5k and 10k events. 10 year age group categories, along with overall winners, and some special categories such as teams, youngest and oldest runners. This is an all-volunteer event. We will do our best to get your award to you but we can not guarantee it. Please try and stay for the award ceremony and delicious post race picnic!

Where should I stay if traveling?Camping is available locally at Cobscook Bay State Park 10 miles from the start. Other options include local for bed and breakfasts and motels near Pembroke, Maine. Towns such as Eastport, Lubec, Calais and Machias all have motels.

Where can I find Results of previous years?We are working on collecting results from all previous edditions. Navigate to the results page on the drop down menu.

Where are course and age group results?We have a dedicated page to that too! Naviagte the drop down menu to the Course Records page. We will do our best to update this periodically.

What is your Refund Policy if i can't attend?Cobscook Bay Road Races and Down East Hospice Volunteers are non-profit organizations. The event will be held rain or shine No refunds will be issued. Consider your entry fee a donation to a very worthwhile cause!

What is the weather Policy?The event will be held rain or shine, foggy or clear! In the event of thunderstorm activity or other serious weather, participants will be asked to wait in their vehicles. In the event of a delay of start, and 30 minutes passes and no chance of clear weather is possible, we will be forced to cancel the event.

How do I create a team?On the paper form please fill out team name on each registration form. When registering online as a team, please be aware you need a minimum of 3.

What are the age Restrictions?For the fun run, kids 12 and under 5k/10k - no age restriction, race director reserves the right of final say.

Do you allow dogs and strollers?All friendly dogs are welcome! We only ask you be respectful of others, have your dog under control on leash and pick-up after them. Strollers too! Please be respectful of others, and start towards the back. Remember single file, as the road is open to traffic.

Is there a Bag Drop?Yes! Announcements will be made of where the bag drop vehicle is on race day. Bags will be transported to the finish line.

Is there Bus Transportation?Yes! Thanks to the local School Board, a bus will be able to transport runners and spectators, from the Triangle Plaza to Reversing Falls. Stay tuned for more details.
